"I took my fiance in after she put her upper teeth through her lower lip (dog jumped into her mouth). They told us they couldn't help and to go to ER. The doctor never came to even put their eyes on the wound. They were sitting their eating and not ONE of these lazy medical professionals even bothered to look at the wound! we're just standing there with a rag covered in blood on her wound in the waiting room! How can you say go to ER without anyone looking at it?? Call yourself a doctor and you don't even have the heart to walk over and look at a persons wound while in pain.. never made it past the front counter, and not one individual looked at it. I can't imagine if that was my child instead of an adult. not the doctor anyone in my community needs to go to. So, we went to trinity urgent care (literally next door, thankfully) and we were in and out in 25 minutes. No stitches needed though they were on the fence, just got salt water cleanser and done. This place is a joke and a moment away from a malpractice lawsuit. Never, ever go here. Always pick trinity!!! Next parking lot over!"

"We recently moved to the area and with that no longer had our daughter’s pediatrician. Of course she became sick with a cold that of course ended in an ear infection so we had no choice but to go to the nearest urgent care for an exam and prescription. Our daughter is 2 years old, we made an appointment and we’re sure to be on time for said appointment. Upon check in we were greeted by a very cold and unfriendly receptionist. I get you’re busy, I get you’re overwhelmed but we have a toddler who’s sick and scared already and then to have someone with absolutely zero empathy be the first impression of your establishment is pretty disheartening. But regardless, we sat in the very small and very unwelcoming waiting room for well over an hour (not sure why we made an appointment at this point).finally we’re called back. Thankfully the nurse / medical assistant we saw was kind and very sweet to our daughter, she is the only reason we’re giving 2 stars. But then another long wait to be seen by the woman PA for a brief 3 minutes. A rushed examination, dismissed any comments made and it just seemed as if she could not get out of there fast enough. When we finally were able to leave my daughter even said “took long time mommy”. I hear you! Thought we’d be done but of course the medication gave her an upset belly which led to a yeast infection so we were back. Now thankfully we do have providers but we swear we will drive out of our way if we have to go to an urgent care again. To top everything their billing department is a disaster. Takes months to send a statement, they send it through email with the kind, concerned message telling me I better pay asap to avoid collections. Well hard to pay when you wait months to send an invoice but anywho. I pay said invoice right then and there only to then a week later get an automatic charge for the same invoice again. When I called to remedy the situation said it could take 2-3 days or maybe a week. Just seems as if this establishment is poorly managed, with the focus on being primarily profit and not for the patient. I get it’s an urgent care and I should lower my standards but for the amount the want to bill my insurance for a 3 minute exam I’d expect to be blown away. Honestly Not sure how there are good reviews."

"This establishment is an absolute rip-off. If you require a COVID test, it's best to visit Walgreens down the street or opt for the identical test available at CVS across the street. They not only charge for the COVID test but also add an office visit fee, resulting in a bill exceeding $350+ dollars. Avoid!"

"I Have to fill out an entire form explaining my identity, medical history and insurance info with every visit even if I'm a returning patient. Staff is nice, but the form filling with every visit is becoming annoying, and I feel like they could simply save that information to save our time, especially when we are sick. I'll be trying other urgent cares."

"We brought our sick 9 month old daughter to this urgent care, who coincidentally ended up having the flu and a double ear infection. We had been here once before for an adult visit and had an great experience. This time could not be more opposite. When we were taken into a room, Alyssa was very cold and heartless towards our sweet, quiet, sick 9 month old baby. She never greeted us. She only said “What are her symptoms?” We spent no more than 10 seconds beginning to describe them, upon which time she abrasively interrupted me, saying to “hurry up and provide her actual symptoms.” I asked her if I did something wrong to deserve her rudeness. She coldly said “no, just get on with the symptoms.” I proceeded to ask for her manager. She initially said the manager was not present. At that point, we said we wanted to leave. On the way out, we asked for her name at the front desk. She boldly yelled from the back “my name is Alyssa!” This is the worst healthcare experience we’ve ever had, let alone for our baby who was sick for the very first time. We relied on Healthy Urgent Care whose mission statement clearly includes being compassionate. They couldn’t have failed more miserably at making us feel safe and cared for in our healthcare community. After finding better care elsewhere, we contacted the manager directly without resolution."
