"I liked the office when I first went there and it was fine the second time as well (follow-up). However, I requested progress/doctor's notes from my appointments for my military unit (for those not in the military, anytime you're hurt and it could affect your status, they want to know about it and need all the information). I called Wednesday and requested that, the woman (I will not mention her name) said she would call me back. She never did, so I called back just before they closed. She told me the doctor had been out of town and just got back, but he will be in the office Thursday afternoon. I said great, thinking that he would get to it then. I never heard from them Thursday. Did not hear from them Friday morning so I decided to call again. This time, I talked to another woman and she said there was a note there but that the doctor would not be in the office until Monday so it could not be completed until then. I just need notes about the two times I came in; it is not real complicated. Very frustrating since I have drill this weekend and cannot get my unit the medical documents they need."

"I have been to three foot doctor's who have done nothing for me. Dr. M is wonderful as well as his staff. Within the first few weeks I had a great deal of pain relief. I followed his instructions and he provided me free inserts for my shoes. I attend PT three days a week and feeling fantastic even with my bone spurs and planterfacitis. Thank you Dr. M Go Blue!!"

"I have been coming to this office for over a year and will continue to do so! In December Dr. Mastrogiacomo performed bunion correction surgery on my right foot and WOW what a difference it has made. He was always available for any questions or concerns I had before and after the surgery (Even a very late call on his cell phone - which he did not seem to mind or make me feel bad about) I never have a problem scheduling an appointment and both of the girls in the office are the best!! They are the sweetest and nicest office staff I have ever encountered. While my surgery for my other foot will be later this year I am in no way worried or concerned because I know how great these guys are! I highly recommend you give them a call for any issue you may have."
