"I have made two appointments and they cant seem to get me into their computer. I have shown up for both appointments and they say that I am not on the schedule. The front desk does not have their act together or they just overbook on purpose. Very disappointing so far. If you need immediate help this is not the place to go."
"They will push meds even if you disagree with the diagnosis, they won't listen to you and do not really care about your well being. They want you to be a medicated zombie, living an unfulfilled life. You want to get medicated come visit claystone clinical."
"Worst place ever! You will see a therapist and it will seem very promising at first. Then they will determine you are depressed (even if you are not and you are telling them you don't think that is the problem) . You will be re-directed to a psychiatrist and told exactly what to say to him to get him to prescribe a med to you. Like the rest of society they will push medication on you really hard, because medications fix everything (not really, society just does not really care any more). I spent 3 months jumping through medications that I did not want to take and were not effective. I didn't have a good grasp on depression until this place prescribed me antidepressants. It is sad to think that I had to take antidepressants in order to really feel the effects of depression. Yes the antidepressants they prescribed made me depressed, angry and agitated. The exact opposite of what they were supposed to do. Despite multiple medications making me feel depressed they still want me to keep trying other meds. I am fed up with it! Clearly this is not helping and you have the diagnosis wrong. Was never asked how I felt about taking medications, therapist refuses to help me until the medication is working correctly, therapist never asks the right questions (I can have better conversations with store entrance greeters, seriously!) Worst service ever!"
"Dr. Faridi knows his stuff, I didn’t choose him for his personality or bedside manner. He can appear gruff or hurried. He’s been my doc since 2004. He is actually very comical, and KNOWS his chemistry and neurology. I have comorbidity issues, and he has kept me out of the Pinerest inpatient hospital since the first time I had him as a psychiatrist while I was there! Wish he was my doctor when it all started in 1983. I probably wouldn’t have had as many"
"Absoulutly awful. Discontinued services after two visits. Dr.firidia was cold, rude and uncompassionate. Did not listen to my needs, or suggest successful interventions. I would highly suggest seeking other services. I was very unsatisfied, and am worse off then I was going on which is unsettling."
