He cared enough to look into things I found interesting in order to communicate better with me. As with all therapy, you have to do the heavy lifting yourself. He's not going to hand you easy answers that won't help in the long run. He's there to help you find the answers you need for yourself in order to grow and heal, and to give you coping mechanisms, resources and to listen as you go through the process."
