"Indiana Lasik made me feel so comfortable all the way from the consultation to surgery. A thorough consultation made me feel reassured that I was a good candidate. They had several payment options available to make this life changing surgery affordable. The day of surgery went quick and smoothly. They provide everything you need including a massage to make you nice and relaxed. The doctor was personable, upbeat, and confident and it was really nice being able to talk with him before the surgery. The actual surgery felt like it only took a few minutes and the next day I am seeing 20/20 with minimal irritation. For someone that has only known glasses and contacts, this surgery is a miracle and I am very happy I chose Indiana Lasik!"

"I honestly don't even know where to start with these people. So I'll begin by sharing my personal experience with this group. So first of all, it's obviously a very large investment to get this procedure done. Not covered by insurance so it's all elective. It's $4,400. I had to wait almost 2 months to get my procedure done and the day of the procedure went quite well all things considered. But a couple days following, I realized quickly as well as my optometrist, that my vision was barely better than what I had before. I talked this up to maybe I needed time to heal but that wasn't the case. I walked out of my procedure with only 2070 vision. Now this is a very small percentage of people who experience this, but I was one of the unfortunate few. That being said, I spent a significant amount of my personal time trying to understand if Indiana Lasik was going to work with me on resolving the fact that their surgery did not work. I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby waiting room, to speak to the Lasik surgeon even though they scheduled me to be there at a certain time so I could speak with him. Then, I'm given a number of some lady named Jackie who was very clearly stating that there was nothing that they were willing to do required to pay yet almost another $1,000 to have what they call enhancements, done to my eyes. There's literally no accountability with Indiana lasik. You walk in there and you have an expectation because you are spending thousands of dollars to have an elective procedure done. They do not stand behind their work at all. An enhancement is something that should be done after your initial corrective successful, surgery is completed. Not one where you've literally walked out of an office and didn't get what you paid for. They have proven that they have literally no civility or morality when it comes to standing behind what their business represents. If it didn't cost me almost as much just to get a lawyer, I would definitely be taking that route because it is absolutely unacceptable. I work in business management and customer service and this is just not a way you treat your patients or the people who are paying you. Just realize that you are taking a huge risk by getting this procedure and that if you are expecting to walk out with 20/20 vision, there is apparently a large enough percentage that you won't, to consider. On top of that, it's clear that Indiana Lasik will not do anything to help you other than charge you more money to fix the problem if they should have fixed in the first place."

"They only do LASIK one day a month, which is inconvenient but you know this going in. The real problem is not with Indiana LASIK Centers itself, but with the office they send you to for preoperative evaluations. Midwest Eye Consultants rescheduled my appointment on short notice three times, pushing it back until a week before my LASIK date. Two days later they decided I need to see a retinal specialist prior to getting LASIK. As would be expected, I can't get into one on either of the two business days before my LASIK procedure, so I had to cancel it. Since they only do LASIK once a month, I am not available to reschedule until the end of the year at the earliest. Now I have to start the whole lengthy process over at another LASIK center."

From my phone call to schedule my lasik, to the very friendly staff at check in, to all the techs helping work me up and get me ready for my procedure- everyone was hands down absolutely amazing. And on top of that, the doctors were both great and Dr Coleman took my vision from 20/CF 3ft to 20/20 the next day at my post op. I couldn’t be any happier and they surpassed all expectations I had with flying colors. Thank you!"
