"I would not recommend this place for your family care. The doctors don’t follow through with anything that you were seen for and they seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. Took my disabled child in twice for an ongoing ear infection that is clearly charted in his file. New doctor wanted to see him. We then took him back for his follow up and asked for more antibiotic because it always takes two cycles to heal his ear. Doctor stated it was healing. Refused to prescribe anymore antibiotics. I’ve now called three times to explain that his ear is now as bad as it was when we made the initial appointment and the doctor still refuses to call in another bottle of antibiotics. They are well aware of the difficulties of taking our child places due to his size and disability making it extremely hard to load and unload him. A doctor should know that healing doesn’t mean cured and it isn’t going to finish healing on its own. His specialist all allow us to zoom for his appointments but this place will not and even when we bring him in they still refuse to treat the problem. So my son has been sitting in pain and discomfort for 5 days now because of this doctors incompetency. Why would I bring him back in? I already brought him back in and had infection verified but treatment refused. I wonder if his insurers would care to know they are paying for office visits that remain unresolved. Seems like they are just wanting to charge his insurance as many times as they can. We will be changing primary giver immediately. Genel the receptionist is the only thing I’ll miss about this place. She’s an awesome woman and so sweet and caring. The rest are rude and purposely difficult."

"Been taking my kids to see Dr. Salvi for years. The whole team does great work with kids. Highly recommend. They comfort and treat kids like they should. Seeing the doctor isn’t always easy but Three Rivers Family Clinic does make the difference."
