"I have mixed feelings here. I take my 1 year old daughter and they have been absolutely amazing for her. They're great at getting her and figuring out what is wrong. I love the pediatrics team!! However whenever I come in for something I'm treated poorly. Devin Clemence usually dismisses me. Today I went in to have my antibiotics adjusted for Strep Throat and he decided that I need to have a mono test even though I specifically told him I've had issues with this specific antibiotic 3 times before. He wouldn't change the prescription without a negative mono test. For testing I was sent to the lab and was told by them that they don't do that type of testing so they have to send it out and I may not have results for a week. A second time I went in with terrible pain in my chest. He said it was indigestion and had me leave. I went to another doctor and needed my gallbladder removed for gallstones. Overall I am not thrilled my own experience in this office. I would 100% recommend the pediatricians!! However I don't think I will be returning as an adult."

"Everyone there (doctor, nurse, laboratory, receptionist area) has been very compassionate and helpful."

"Still waiting to hear back. I have a broken neck was told I would hear from a neuro surgeon in a couple days. It's almost 3 weeks now and nobody has contacted me. I need to be seen so I can get the help i need to keep my car and house through my insurance and they need a start to end date. Hard to do when I'm just being pushed aside like a broken neck isn't a problem."

"Dr was in a very big hurry to just get it done and get out on the Friday afternoon I had an appointment. We'll see next time I go. Hopefully not on a Friday again. Staff is very professional. Clean waiting room and you can tell that they care about their patients. I was just scheduled very late for my first appointment with the Dr and I got in quite quickly I was very surprised."

"Caring staff, comfortable amenities while waiting to be seen. Only downside is the hours of operation. Wish it could be open a little later so I can juggle work schedule easier. My doctor is amazing though and I always get attentive care and my questions answered in a timely manner."
