"If I could give zero star I would. My wife and I are a cultured, lesbian couple. We wanted an ethnic woman to work with but were told that Yvonne Lopez refused our consultation due to religious beliefs!! I couldn’t believe it! Despite this, we tried Dawn who seemed to be amused by our issues and didn’t do a thing to assist. Instead they wanted to split us up and get more money for separate sessions. Sketchy !! We cancelled sessions after 2 weeks due to anxiety around this place. I would stay away and find unbiased professionals to work with."

"Emailed in the get an appointment for my boys with suggested times and dates. I was told there were no appointments that "fit" into their schedule, I inquired about an agreed time and date no answer. I thought you guys were in business to help people. Why are you even open?"

"Seem to be a bit unprofessional and I would not recommend. I set up a consultation with Yvonne Lopez & before the date of my appt I get a phone call from the assistant/secretary to tell me about filling out some documents before my appt. While on the phone i ask if my insurance would be accepted and to my surprise the lady I was talking to had never heard of it, so she said just complete the documents and she would look into it. Ok great. I completed the documents later in the day around 4/5, i call back and another lady answers the phone and acts as if she had no idea what im talking about and say “ok we’ll get you scheduled” i ask her about the insurance AGAIN and she then say she’ll have someone else look into it. It has literally been a month since I first inquired about seeing a therapist and have not heard back yet."
