And my knee hurt so bad, I was afraid to have anyone work with it. But I can happily report that I was on a short vacation this past weekend, and I did alot of walking and it was virtually painless! "Miss Lucy here; i recently finished my PT with Doug on the east Beltline in Grand Rapids,Mi. I had dislocated my shoulder and tore the rotor cuff worse pain I have ever experienced. Doug was my therapist and the best and friendliest ever. He is very respectful of you as a person and very concerned of everything he has you go through. He works with you every time to make sure that you are doing your workout the right way, I actually enjoyed going as the end result I expected was to get back the way I was before the fall.
