"I did not like the way I was talked to or the additude I got from simply asking to resedule an appt 2 weeks out. Let alone even trying to schedule anything on the strict schedule I have. Every thing I scheduled was basically almost a month out and that was the 1st available appt. Lab work was made for me but no one bothered to tell me about it, I found out through my chart when I was canceling everything for them. I did not even meet the OBGYN. Wasn't worth my time or head space. Went to a completely diffrent obgyn through a diffrent company. I do not regret ditching the Greenville OB."

"I am 32 weeks pregnant and scared bc I had went from an amazing doctor but he was retiring so I got a referral for here. Wow was that a horrible mistake. The nurse Barb was so beyond rude to me and left me no other options even being a high risk patient that I still do not have a doctor. I left the conversation crying and called their HR & Greenville supervisor & neither had the decency to call me back. After seeing all the reviews I see now that they don't care about their patients at all and we are the pregnant ones . This is the worst I've ever been treated by a maternity place and scared if I go into labor early I have no doctor still. It sickens me that these people went into helping people and pregnancy but are absolutely rude & horrible."

"I've had an amazing experience at this office from day one. My prenatal care was great. My concerns and questions always felt listened to. I gave birth last week and Dr. Januzelli and the nurses went above and beyond to make sure that I was as comfortable and informed as possible. Special thanks to nurse Kelly and Dr. J I had the best birth experience I could have possibly had here."

"I absolutely hate this OB office. If I find out I'm still pregnant in a week I'm changing office. Expressed my concern of a miscarriage for a few days and no one seem to care. So I went to the ER and they ran some rest for me they said it was a possibility but wasn't sure so to follow up with my OB for repeat test to confirm. They are not going to be running any repeat test they just want me to come in next week to make sure IV passed everything. Left me with no words of advice on how to cope over the coming week or anything. So now I have to wait for a call on an appointment for an ultrasound a week from now. Terrible terrible care for any Dr office let alone am OB."
