"Terrible first call experience the receptionist sounded like she had no idea how to make an apoinment. Called back they sounded rude and unattentive. seems they know how to use their "system" to look or enter information."

"I went to Greenville family medicine on March 9,2023 and saw a brand new doctor. He was a great doctor great people at this doctor's office can't ask for a better facility. I was treated with very great care and I hope these doctors and nurses don't leave because it's hard to find great help anymore anywhere."

"Receptionists are typically rude here. I avoided OB appointments (while pregnant) specifically because of 2 of the receptionists being rude to me on a consistent basis. I know one specifically is named Karen. I’m not sure of the others name."

"My 5 year old is sick and needs to see a doctor so I called yesterday to make an appointment and they couldn't see her until the following afternoon. I was upset because before we moved hours away, our old doctor's office always got us in same day when it was emergent like this. But I agreed to the next day appointment. Well this morning they call and say that doctor isn't going to be in today and she can't be seen by anyone until next Monday (it's Tuesday). I am livid. They expect children who are ill to wait like this for care? Completely unacceptable."

"After making a appointment with my doctor at Greenville family medicine I was told that they were assigning me a new doctor. I told them that I did not want a new doctor. I am quite happy with my doctor. I was told that my doctor was no longer there and that I would have to see the new doctor. I asked where did he go? No Answer! After the change at Greenville family medicine the quality of the care went into the toilet. Call in a prescription and wait for them to call it in———-for a week. this is inexcusable. The receptionist that I spoke to was about the rudest person I have tried to get help from. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!"
