"I’m hoping they start doing better for my elderly friend that I help with. They prescribed a new Rx but never called it in. Then they reported to his PCP that they prescribed pain meds that they haven’t and that they were taking over his pain management so PCP was not to prescribe any pain medication while tells us that until my friend completes the Behavioral Health assessment for pain meds to get them from the PCP. Behavioral Health had yet to return our call to schedule the assessment. Any message left has a response that it could be 24 to 48 hours to get a call back. It’s been over 48 hours and NO RESPONSE."

"I’ve been seen on time for all of my appointments. I was told that my 1st appointment would take two and a half hours. I planned accordingly, understanding that this is a medical office, and was out well within that time frame. The staff and my doctor are friendly and excellent to work with. I would recommend this office if asked and would bring my own family here."

"Appointment times go way over your scheduled time, this is a facility for patients that are in pain yet you make them wait ungodly time frames while sitting in the chairs that are unconfortable. We have been here for one appointment and it took 3 and a half hours before we we out of there. This is 2018 ,you should know how appointment times go, you should be able to have an idea of how to schedule your patients. I offered to have you call me prior to an appointment and was told we can not do that , you have to stay here because we do not take them in any order? Then why do you schedule any one if you do not have an order you follow. Dumd founded here. Would NOT recommend this facility to anyone suffering from pain. It is painful for me to watch your patients in your waiting room waiting so long for a service that you are being paid for. Staff don't seem to care and some are rude, one told us that she does not make us come here so we need to not be rude.She said sit were ever your most comfortable and we answer there is no place that makes me comfortable."
