"Had a partial knee replacement by doctor Harley some years back and still having troubles. My last visit with him , about three years ago, he comes in sleepy eyed and yawning constantly, he tells me it’s only been a year and it takes time. Turns out he had wrong file (3 years since surgery) Makes typical 180 and says “I did everything right on my end, how about I refer you to one of my colleagues “ no thanks. Point is beware of those who are little more then a jack of all trades master of none. You want a knee done see a knee guy etc."

"My initial visit went well. The PA was very helpful. When I went to follow up a month later, like he asked, I was sent to a nurse's voicemail every time. I waited two days after my first voicemail before calling again due to a lack of response from a nurse. I have now left two more voicemails and have still not heard back from a nurse."

"Dr Henne did both my knees...one this past February and one 2 weeks ago. Both went great and this second one is even better than the first. I can already climb stairs using my surgical knee and range of motion is way ahead of schedule. I do however do all my exercises and put in the work that needs to be done on my part to get a good outcome. I've heard alot of good things about Dr Henne and I have to agree."

"Front desk staff extremely rude and always in an unpleasant mood, also as other reviewers have said, they seem to have no knowledge of insurance and billing. They will tell you one thing at one point, and another at another time, depending on who you talk to. If this was my place of business, the front desk lady would be fired immediately as she is not personable at all. Your patients are your source of your paycheck, don't be rude to them (insert expletive here). As for the doctors, they are alright and seem to be knowledgeable, appointments sometimes feel rushed. If you can, check out other options before choosing to come here."

"On September 13 I had an appointment with Dr. Rob, prior to this I had and 45 minute conversation with the office about my appointment and how to get there. At no given time did they explain you need to bring money in order to see the doctor if you have a co-pay! After traveling 37 miles one way and waiting to see this receptionist which was very rude I was told I need $20 for my co-pay. I show her my broken arm and tell her this was not planned also and at no time did anyone explain money had to be given before you see a doctor! I have great insurance through the schools but was turned away and told go make another appointment and bring your money this time. Very , Very dissatisfied and what a way to treat a patient!!"
