"Good in person but they won't call your prescriptions in so you can have them, or offer to provide a written copy to you. What good is an office that won't take the steps to get you the medications they prescribe? And Spectrum's complaint number doesn't even have people available to take your calls, so that office is of no assistance. Spectrum has taken huge steps backward in customer service - they have fallen so far from the days when I used to fly across the country to use them!"

"I had my first appointment here a few days ago so its likely my thoughts could change but as of now I love it! Im getting my pregnancy care here and I have had SEVERAL TERRIBLE doctors/nurses/and obgyns in the past at other clinics but everyone here is just good at their job! The nurse who took my blood was wonderful and the fact that I didnt have to ask her not to fish the needle in my veins which made me feel comfortable instantly. My obgyn was nice and straight to the point with information I needed to know. Appointments are easy to set up in advance and overall I feel comfortable here! I almost always have severe anxiety after leaving a hospital or doctors office because my concerns or pain is ignored or severely downplayed but NOT here. I absolutely recommend as of now especially for those who have had bad treatment from others in the past. Its a 45 minute drive here from my home but its WORTH it for me, id take this place in a heartbeat compared to anywhere in the grand haven area. So far great review of this place!!"

The network links the hospital and the OB office seamlessly through the My Chart app. This hospital experience was great, better than my experience delivering my son in Texas."

"Every doctor I've ever seen has been so nice, professional and took my concerns seriously. The receptionists are always kind and helpful. I've never felt more comfortable at an obgyn office. I drive over an hour to keep going to this office and I recommend them to everyone. Joya delivered my baby and it was a great experience I'm so thankful to everyone who works here!
