Cherry Health – Westside Health Center: Family Medicine

"Look, i love my doctor at this facility which is the only reason ive dealt with how lousy this practice is run for so long. I broke a tooth, which my dentist here told me could happen and that she could write me a refferal immediately if that were to happen that would let me see someone in town but id have to go out of network so i didnt want to do that unless i had to. So tooth breaks, i call to get the refferal and their system is down? So they cant write me the refferal? They tell me i need to do an emergency appointment, come in and wait till a dentist could fit me in inbetween their normal patients. I ALREADY DID THIS 6 MONTHS AGO!!! I waited in the waiting room from 8am to 1pm and do not have the time to do this again for the same reason when im not at fault for this issue. Now, 3 weeks later theyre telling me they cant send my perscriptions to my pharmacy, i need to drive 30mins to pick up the paper perscription because 3 weeks later their system is still down. I DO NOT trust this place to keep my info safe OR to preform the BASIC FUNCTION of their literal job at this point."

"Worst and dirtiest health services I've ever been to,rude employees and garbage on the floor... so I will find a new place to go and suggest everyone else do the same."

"Last time I was there I filed a complaint because staff canceled my appointment, and didnt call me. So I didnt find out until I arrived for my appointment. I rescheduled for today and ended up leaving after I was sitting waiting for a hour after my scheduled appointment time. I saw over 6 people that checked in after me, some how get called before me. I'm not sure if it's because I filed a complaint last time, but I'm really feeling neglected as a patient after this experience. I think I may be better off going to urgent care for any future medical needs.."

"I was in bad shape. Bleeding for 4 months straight. I was dying. Went to the OBGYN...she sent me to a specialist, they fixed the problem without surgery, and I was able to keep my womb and all my parts!! You have to research your own health, find out your options, and discuss it with your Dr. Other wise...you might not make it! I love my OBGYN. And my Dr. Thanks for saving my life!!!"

"Update: I received a call from Kelly who assured me the issue is being looked into. I appreciate that they are taking the time to look into these problems and calling to assure their patients. My doctor is great but the people who are supposed to answer the phones aren't. Was on hold for an hour only to be transferred to voicemail. These people need to get it together and actually answer the phone calls in the queue. Sick of wasting my lunch hours"
