"I had appointment for January 3, even received a text message confirming the appointment. Arrived at office, note on the door that they were closed. Called the next day to find out what was going on, received a very lame sort of apology, and was then put on hold for 5 minutes. When she came back she said my doctor was no longer with the practice and asked if I wanted to schedule with someone else. Really! So unprofessional. I'll be going elsewhere."

In addition, my contact information and pharmacy preferences weren't changed (after I had requested they be updated.) A nurse asked if I needed more of my prescription 3 months ago but it was never filled. The place is clean and quick but there seems to be a lack of communication among their staff."
