"Stephen rich… Was my PA and no no no . I went in with a swollen ankle from a fall. He came in and sent me for xray… And once the xray came back normal He came back in and the nurse ready with dispatch papers. He NEVER assessed my ankle . Didn’t even move it to see where I’m in pain and careless that I can’t walk properly. He sent me home with nothing, not even a boot or to stabilize my ankle. I waited2 hours for him to tell me to go home Today I went to orthopedic office, And I had to get a boot because I had high ankle sprain and it’s unstable. They actually assessed my ankle and touched and felt where it was bad. Don’t go here."

"Went for a uti waited over an hour just to be taken back. Then over an hour just to be seen by the doctor just to tell me I have in fact a uti and to prescribe me medication. I was checked in at 10:50am and didn’t leave till 1:10pm there providers are a joke and there isn’t enough seating at all this urgent care is a big joke don’t waste your time better off going somewhere else."

"Told the PA who prescribed an antibiotic to my husband that it wasn't ok, he ended up in the er. But because he didn't have typical allergic reaction signs she said it wasn't the med and to keep taking it. He did and he's back in the er again. They don't listen to ppl who know their bodies a lot more than they do. They don't care. Addition after response: just stop. Your pre-made responses you give to everyone needs to stop. Do something. Change how everyone there does their job."

"The three Corewell professionals I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Total time in and out was about an hour. Not bad for a Saturday holiday weekend. Grateful for the care PA-C Mary Fairfield gave me. Thank you to all who gave up their holiday Saturday to care for others."

"I went to this facility on a Saturday night. It was nice and clean in there, there was only a handful of people, and the weight wasn't too terrible. I think it might have taken an hour which in urgent Care is nothing. They had vending machines so you can get something to drink or eat while you were waiting. The staff was very friendly to me."
