"legitimately pathetic care. I went here for help, I tested positive for corona so they locked me in a room. They couldn't get their ipad working TWO YEARS into a pandemic so I couldn't attend group. I spent the entire time isolated and had to force my way out. They are charging me 3100 dollars, when I complained, because they literally did nothing, their response was "if you don't like it goto the board" I have no legal recourse here, but seriously I could not have anticipated WORSE care if I tried. As a medical professional I'm disgusted with this place. Edit: Pine rest was kind enough to reply to this, I called the number provided and was promptly ignored. I'd literally rather die than spend another hour in this place. I have never seen a sorrier excuse for a mental health facility. 3100 dollars for literally nothing, I wasn't even able to attend group."

"I started there around a year ago and had good results, up until recently when I asked for help. I have a few issues and notified my psychiatrist of one that I was dealing with. She was out of town so I talked to one of her staff, they documented me saying something totally different than what I said. Than when she did contact me, because of what the receptionist wrote down she says I’m better now. When clearly I wasn’t. I began to explain myself and when I did, she told me to try somewhere else. I emailed her and said I wasn’t going to do that she later replied with the same answer “ if I don’t agree, go somewhere else”. I been told to deal with my therapest instead, so what good are they doing here at pine rest. They don’t seem to listen very good or care about the patients. She I guess is helping me by giving me a list of other psychiatrist to try."

"UPDATE: I love doctor planter as I’ve learned through the years. I just didn’t understand everything then because the facts weren’t there. Dr. Platner did the right thing, too. I could end up in the hospital again soon, too. Since Doctor Platner said to call him if I ever need anything, I should reach out there again next time and see if I can skip the ER and get a genuine doctor. Seriously, one of the best psychiatrists I’ve had and how the years have changed my mind. Pine Rest was great. Really the only hospital that cared. I’d love to catch up with Dr. Platner. I have a lot to tell him."

"Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Erin was rude and dismissive. Her lack of compassion was unparalleled especially for someone who works in a mental health clinic. If you value your mental health avoid Pine Rest at all costs."

"I have had great experiences here. I'll be following Faene to her new office in a couple weeks, and Stephen helped my husband find ways to deal with his anger. Love the office staff as well."
