"First appointment with Sonya Camilla as new patient a couple weeks ago and I don’t know what I was expecting, as I’ve never had a female doctor before, but she exceeded my expectations by far. Extremely knowledgeable, cuts to the chase, and I was instantly comfortable with her. This might sound corny, but the office visit was a definite mood enhancer for me. I wanted to be a better person after just 20 minutes of speaking to this vibrant woman."

"First time visiting clinic in Luddington. Was so impressed by staff and their friendliness and efficiency with everything from registration to labs to prescription refills. Very happy. I saw Sonya Camilli PA and loved her knowledge and manner and truly caring disposition. Sonya is best DR I have seen in my life. "I was not impressed with Sonya on my first visit. Never made eye contact with me and just read from the report from being hospitalized from her computer. Next visit was a different person. Made eye contact,and asked questions regarding my health. Explained my blood work as well as what meds she was going to put me on and why. She was very caring and engaged with me. I was very happy with Sonya and will continue to see her."

"Absolutely disappointed in the level of care provided by this facility and provider Sonya Camilli. It’s not their fault the healthcare system in Michigan is flawed, however, there are things in their control including the way you treat your patients and the level of care you offer. I worked with this office for months because we wanted an internist to see my grandmother. My grandmother has a hard time articulating her issues and we needed someone who would spend a little time talking to her about several on-going concerns including high blood pressure. I booked Sonya because she was the only provider with openings. No wonder she has openings. She’s harsh and you are just a number to her. Do not recommend if you want someone who is kind and understanding. My grandmother was probably an easy target for Sonya because she’s older and has some memory issues and has a hard time communicating. Shameful."

"Whoever works at this office, that the first lady transferred me to is very rude. She would not let me make an appointment for my mother, that wanted to see HER doctor. She kept asking reasons why my mom thought it was necessary to see her doctor. What a joke. I explained my mom wanted to be seen for throwing up and stomach issues and she asked how long it's been going on. I told her it was an ongoing issue and has been acting up the last 2 weeks. Then she wanted to ask again how long and I said it's been going on for years, the doctor knows about it, so she argued saying the doctor didn't and I told her again it's an ongoing problem so she said "I thought you said it was going on 2 weeks". She was being very rude and wouldn't let me make an appointment. She kept asking me the same question and being a sarcastic, rude person. I ended up hanging up because she wouldn't let me make an appointment! This was the office in ludington. I would rate her 0 stars! Never should ever be treated like that from a doctors office. She isn't even the doctor. My mom doesn't want the whole office knowing all her personal business that is private. That should only be between her doctor and her."
