"I was told that I could be helped to get a prescription that is nesscary for me to take daily. The nurse practitioner said she would not give me a refill and to go see my primary care doctor. I don't have insurance and explained I couldn't afford that. She refused to call the doctor to confirm I need that medication. She also stated when I got sicker she could then help me. The only bright spot was the lovely receptionist and the rn who took my vitals. My advice is don't waist your time going here. I used the md good rx application and for 20.00 I was seen by a doctor and got my prescription with a good rx discount for a 4th of the cost. The Nurse Practitioner was cold and dismissive who needs to be retrained on bed side manor and patient centered care. I would never waist my time going back there. This review is accurate and if I was the owner of this facility I would be more than disappointed in the NP."

"Doctor Kuster gave me another chance to participate in her program again, after making some bad decisions last time. I am so greatful for her giving me another chance, Means she does care & is willing to help people out! Going to the clinic daily I feel like will keep me sober & strong in my recovery. "I love reading reviews and I should have written one a while back. Doc Kuster is the most compassionate doctor I've ever had, she listens truly listens and makes a plan of action to make you well, but you also have to listen and want to be well because she can't do it if you aren't willing to work with her! I went from a really ill person to a very healthy person in less than a year! I owe this all to Doc Kuster because previous doctors didn't listen! Thank you so much for all the care Doc"

"I realized that something was not right with the way I constantly felt. Instead of looking for a quick fix Dr. Kuster has been working with me steadily for months to get things straightened out for me. I feel like she genuinely cares and wants me to get back to 100% without rushing it or pushing me out the door. The best part is that with where I work there are NO DEDUCTABLES! Not to mention that her staff is amazing as well! I see Don every time I go in and he knows me by name and treats me as though he's known my husband and myself for years. Also there hours are very convenient for those who work full time on any shift and I love that I don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. When you get there you are seen within minutes and treated like family from day one. I will never go anywhere else unless forced to... Thanks again Dr. Kuster and Don for your great service to our community and to my family. I could never explain how appreciative we are of you both!"

"For those without insurance this is the place you can afford that will treat you like a first class citizen. Dr Kuster and her receptionist , Kathy, are amazing. Their quick immediate response to a first time client was astounding. I was sick with influenza the day after Christmas. I couldn't breath, pain everywhere with spiking temperatures. The last time I was this sick (over a weekend) I ended up in the hospital for 6 hours with a $3600 bill. At All Access Care, I made an appointment, and was seen without waiting! The visit was caring and the cost was $80 plus my meds (which were $90). To be making health care decisions based on whether or not you have an extra $10 can be embarrassing which makes being sick that much harder. You tend to wait too long in hopes you will get better on your own. Dr. Kuster gets it. She is obviously not in it for the money. Thank you., Dr. Kuster, for seeing the need of those who are uninsured and being willing to meet it."
