"Over a period of five years I had been to three physical therapists with regards to crepitus in both shoulders. None of PT's were able to achieve much improvement and one even suggested I consider surgery. It was suggested by my Gyrotonics instructor that I see Roger and his team. Shortly after I started working with Rogers team I began to make progress with the mobility and reduced pain in my shoulders. There is no secret sauce, you have to be diligent in following the exercise program Rogers team develops for you. I like the training application One PT installs on your phone and it is a good reminder to stick with the program if you want to see results.
