"12/8/21 Picked up wife's Rx. Always have to request the lowest price for Rx(s) being picked up. Medicare Rx insurance is always Kroger's first choice for billing amount, even though family is enrolled in Kroger Rx Club. Medicare Rx ins price was just over $40, reduced to just over $20 with Kroger Rx Club."

"The staff is not so great. They never acknowledge you and will just stare at you and continue to do what they were doing. It doesn’t hurt to tell someone to hold for one second or you’ll be right with them, etc. I never mind waiting and I never feel the need to complain and go as far as writing a review but I’ve been to this pharmacy for a little over a year and it’s ALWAYS like this. I cannot wait until my membership ends with this pharmacy."

"This pharmacy use to be so great and has gone down hill no one ever knows what’s going on they tell you a hour 6 hours later meds for you super sick kids aren’t ready. They tell you they will call to confirm your sons insurance in the morning you call in the afternoon they have done no such thing. Our family will be switching pharmacies!"
