"Not happy with their service for pharmacy. Came in Sunday from urgent care and they dont have any medicine and told me to come back next day Monday its closed and next day Tuesday we call before go there. They dont have any information in system. What kind of business is this?"

"Yesterday, I visited this Rite Aid pharmacy to drop off a prescription and contact information. I was told it would take about 15 minutes, however after waiting I was told they did not have my information in their system and it would be an additional hour. Unfortunately I was unable to wait that long at the time. Today's morning, I arrived at 10am when they were scheduled to open, but found the pharmacy was closed and had to wait with other customers for more than 10 minutes before they arrived. While I want to provide constructive feedback, I recognize that delays and issues opening can occasionally happen at any pharmacy. However, having this occur across two separate visits within two days negatively impacted my experience. The pharmacy staff were friendly, but the delays felt unprofessional. I hope this review can provide some helpful insight on areas with room for improvement."

"I've been a loyal customer to this store since 2012. They used to have a large variety of products in their grocery section and over the counter products in the pharamacy, but within the past two years the product availabilty has fallen short of what is used to be. Managment and staff aren't there anymore. More than once I've walked into the store an there was no one at the counter! When I was ready to make a purcahse I've had to track down an employee to ring up the sale. The atmosphere in this store has changed. I don't know if it's bad managment, or employee attitude. I do know that I'm not shopping here again!"
