"Sam, the pharmacist, is EXTREMELY RUDE. Website says they deliver, but they do not. I have an Rx for a controlled substance. State of Michigan allows refills 3 days prior to running out. Sam REFUSED, saying it is up to him as the pharmacist. I am legally blind and needed someone to pick it up for me. They were not available on the exact date, but two days before. He REFUSED TO FILL IT!!! Horrible customer service."
