"I’ve been seeing Dr Ryckman since 1990, he’s in the process of retiring so now I see Heidi Collins. All the Dr.’s and practitioners are great. The office staff, for the most part, are also great at what they do. I wouldn’t want their job for anything!"

"Ok first of all this office and staff are AWESOME!!! I've been going here for a year now and have NO COMPLAINTS!! Not every visit goes as planned, sometimes the doctors get held up because of patient questioning beyond the slotted appointment time. As far as having to wait, deal with it!! Its not the office staff or doctors fault. Under the guidelines set down because of Covid, only so many patients are allowed in at a time!"

"Every time I come here I have to wait 20 minutes to be taken back to a room after my appoint time. After that 20 minute wait you get to wait an hour+ to see a doctor. This has happened EVERY appointment I've had here. The hour and a half visits for simple check ups has made me late for work twice. Plan for two hours per visit."
