"New patient visit today. The hygienist was pleasant and did a nice job. The dentist did a checkup and said I need fillings. When I went up to reception to schedule an appointment for those fillings I was told the earliest available date is not until September…. of 2025! Nineteen months away!!! Ridiculous! Why would anyone even consider this office as their primary dental care provider?"

"This is by far the best dental office in Northern Michigan! I cannot thank these ladies enough for helping to entertain my baby while I received treatment! Dr. Beck, Lauren and Ashley were all so sweet and kind in helping to manage a 10 month old!"

"Only place relatively near me that accepts my insurance (not medicaid) and I was hung up on. It's crazy to have to wait almost a year for an appointment. Called my local dentist and got an appointment within two weeks and will happily pay out of pocket for better customer service! What is the point of paying for insurance if you can't even use it!"

"This is the WORST place I’ve ever been to! They are overloaded with patients! And cannot handle what they have scheduled. I had to have my very front 3 teeth pulled because the dentist here screwed up two of the fillings, then sent me to a specialist and was told that the dentist should not had even started the work on my front two teeth if they couldn’t complete it! What do you know I had to have the two in the front pulled!! Now they can’t even get me in for a consultation to get front dentures!! While getting my teeth worked on here they talked about personal things instead of focusing on the work. I am disgusted with this place! I have heard worse from other people I know who have gone here also! If you have insurance please go somewhere where they actually care about their patients and take the time to address and take care of their patients. It’s worth the time and money to avoid the horrors I went through with this place."

"I had a bad tooth emergency and as luck would have it I was able to get in since someone canceled. I was able to get my tooth taken care of. The staff was very attentive and polite. They were very professional and made me feel right at home. Great place, great service, great people."
