He's a one job doctor in the e.r. if you're not bleeding where they can see or stabbed he's useless. Wrong profession and place for him. They just take your money and don't help at all. Will be contacting human resources."

"Worst experience in the ER, the Dr I seen spoke to me for about 45 seconds. I received no test, left with no medications. I entered the building with tears, and I left in tears. The nurse was nice, but the Dr was a bad Dr and should have went down a different career path. If I'm being honest, you'd be better off googling your symptoms and trying to self treat with anything at home."

"So I took my son in here who has cystic fibrosis they did not accommodate the disease prevention thing that is part of the law with the hospital they would not accommodate my son who is 2 years old and living with cystic fibrosis they would not get him a room in time so we waited in the stairwell which was safer than the other place they had us because it had these doors that would open and would close and would lock you out so me and my son were locked out waiting for the doctor to come in my blood sugar was low I needed to eat something because when you're sick it's really hard to even have an appetite. We waited 5 hours in there all we needed was a swab test and the antiviral medication. The nurse Michelle was extremely rude she got very short with us and we weren't even upset to begin with until she started with her attitude and I really think she needs to find a new profession her bedside manner is horrendous she needs to go back to school also maybe even parenting classes because I had my hands full and I was trying to keep up with her with my toddler walking in my hand and she was walking so fast I couldn't keep up with her and I said I need a little help here she yanked up my toddler who is already sick and frail to begin with this place is a nightmare hospital I'm telling my entire family not to come here. It's so bad I can hear the RN's talking bad about the patients in the hallway there is no care here they get their paycheck and they leave this is a Band-Aid hospital it's nothing new to the locals here because they have nothing but bad things to say about this place they travel out of their way to avoid this place. And not to mention my Aunt Lori came here to get help with her sciatic nerve and a nurse with the initials S.K did not wash her hands and that's why we're sick in the first place and they can't even make it right to us. I didn't even get my results. I'm going to the board of medicine and I am going to file a grievance."

"These people are thieves. Surprise billing is their specialty. I was billed for something from 2 years ago with no warning. For the sake of your self and children, please do not go to Munson. None of their locations. They were atrocious with my daughters birth and their ethics is money based. I can't express enough the disgust I have for these unethical pigs"

"If you're Latino, don't expect good care, they leave you lying in the corridor as if it were nothing while white people don't care about their status or are one or two shifts after you, they give them priority even if your case is more serious. I was with my daughter 2 days ago and they returned her the same way I took her."
