"We took our dog Rocky to Pawsitive Steps for his hip dysplasia. He was born with it and struggled from the get go. We checked into surgery but was not an option. His first appointment was in February of this year. With their guidance and knowledge he went today for a recheck and has graduated because he is doing so well. This is a life long issue and will most likely need to be seen again at some point. But when that time comes I take comfort in knowing they will be there for him and us. I am so thrilled at how well he has responded to therapy. The staff here is the most caring, knowledgeable and professional! "Our dog Brick absolutely loves his rehab helpers and Dr Kern. He is always so excited to go and we have seen a tremendous improvement. No hesitation to jump on and off the bed & couch anymore. The employees are always so kind and explain in great detail & when Brick had to pause appointments due to a reflair of his issue they messaged us to check on him. When we couldn’t go in due to covid they sent us pictures and videos. 15/10 would recommend! They care about their patients & do an amazing job with communication."
