"If I could give a negative star I would, their customer service sucks and they are very rude. We have went there plenty of times to get feeder mice and they tell us a minimum of 5 at a time. So we go in there today to get 5 and the one lady worker rolls her eyes and says we only have 5 left and we have other customers that might come in to get some so we can't sell them all! Make that make sense, you can't sell them all but you put a minimum of 5 and now you tell me I can't buy 5! So we make up rules as we go!!! I will never go there again!!"

"I was looking for a particular cat condo for some time. Premier Pet Supply had a nice brand from Condos and Trees LLC. I originally found the condo in Rochester Hills. However, during the July week 20% off sale, it sold out :( . So I worked with the owner, Jeff, who has been more than patient with pricing and service and found the cat tree at his Shelby location.
