"Mixed bag… aspects are wonderful while others are severely lacking. I wouldn’t depending on them as a vet. They are obviously understaffed and unable to provide quick service for dogs under duress. The adoption side is very well taken care of. Stalls clean and animals seem well taken care of. Got take so good and some bad as human society are typically running on low budgets and understaffed."
"Very helpful. We have gotten several cats and our dog from the Humane Society. The vets are very good. Only problem is getting an appointment. Very busy."
"Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. My dog has a severe tooth abscess and associated sinus infection (he can barely breathe at night, blood coming out of his nose, etc). I waited two months for an appointment. Brought him in today thinking they would be operating on him. Oh no. They said it would be SIX MONTHS before they could give him surgery……….?!? He will be dead if I wait that long. So this is an EIGHT month process? I’ve been dealing with this since November, while my dog is suffering. Maybe they might consider hiring more people? Just absolutely mind boggling and absurd."
"Thank you to the Mich. Humane! They did a great job neutering my dog ... and at a reasonable price. Great communication through the day (they watch your pet for at least 3 hours after the surgery) from a very friendly, helpful staff."
"The clinic staff is awesome. We brought our blue pit over to update his shots etc. and the Dr. and the assistants were really sweet with him. Pit's have a bad rep. but our big old baby was treated with respect and love."
