"I always enjoy popping in to see seasonal items in the store. Came in recently as my insurance changed pharmacy companies and wanted to see what the pharmacist was like. I spoke with Ali, who couldn't have been more helpful! He went over medications, availability, and what options were available, taking more time than I ever expected. He was so kind and seemed actually concerned about me as a person and not just a customer. What a difference than usual in today's standard. I highly recommend this pharmacy!"

"I visited the local Rite Aid on 12/27/2023 and encountered significant delays and unprofessional behavior from the pharmacist. The service was notably slow, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Moreover, the pharmacist's demeanor was disappointingly rude, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Timely and respectful service is crucial, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, ensuring a more positive experience for customers in the future. I highly suggest going ANYWHERE else unless you enjoy being spoken down to by the pharmacist. I will not be returning and will be advising my family and friends go else where as well."

"The pharmacy is closed everyday in the middle of the day and now closes early on weekends, even before the posted time. They also only ever have 1 cashier so if there's an issue with someone in front of you, good luck. Kroger down the street has much better service and is open more."

"The pharmacy manager Ali is extremely rude, disrespectful, arrogant, has a terrible attitude, and has the worst customer service. I called to ask about my medication. Ali, the pharmacy manager, said the wholesaler states it's not available. I told him on the FDA shortage list website, it states that the medication is available through McKesson, the Rite Aid wholesaler. He immediately started yelling, saying, I'm the pharmacy manager, I don't believe the FDA, and I don't care about them, you cannot tell me about the FDA and I can do whatever I want. I told him I'm only asking a question about my medication. He interrupted me, yelling and said, I don't care, call the corporate, they can't do anything and immediately hung up on me. I let him behave as he was raised and documented everything he said to hold him accountable. I was honored to file a complaint against him with the corporate and regional pharmacy leader and will report it to Rite Aid Human Resources Officer and the Michigan Board of Pharmacy."
