"This facility takes health care and customer service to a new level. AMAZING service. Everyone we encountered liked their job and took pride in it. From check in to check out, they were very thorough and kept us informed at all junctures. While camping in the area this visit, we plan to retire in northern Michigan, and we will make sure we are near this facility. Thank you."

"This is embarrassing to share, but an employee touched me in an inappropriate manner and it was my word against this person and another employee. This person still works there and I just want to say to any person, especially women and young women that you have a right to say no if something happens that you are uncomfortable with. I am not trying to scare anyone. This can happen anywhere and I have also had very good experiences with Munson, but in this situation it was impossible to prove anything."

"I am rating one star because I can't rate anything less. I have been going to this hospital for years and have never been so embarrassed to say something in my life. This is honestly a review for ANY PREGNANT WOMEN VISITING THIS FACILITY. This is my first pregnancy, I don't know everything to expect but I do know that the doctors are super friendly but I have called countless times for information on my medical records, testing and what the baby's ultrasound pictures looked like. SIDE NOTE: The patient 'portal' is a FRICKING JOKE! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THERE. I switched hospitals after I was fed up and found out that my ultrasound pictures weren't good enough quality to tell if there were any abnormalities, Ive had an urinary tract infection and they didn't do half of the tests they needed to IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER. I am beyond disappointed, especially due to the fact I have had a miscarriage prior and they were aware of it."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Sailors for 2 years now, and his nurse Lisa as well as himself are amazing! I highly recommend them! Thank you for great service, accountable information, and professional attitudes."

"If you ever have a choice of where to go don't pick here. The staff are mostly pleasant but the whole place is run like a bunch of keystone cops. I needed to get some medical records and the records office couldn't get them from radiology because they were "busy" for three days and all I could get is a voice mail from the radiology manager and then the patient advocate was off for three days and I was left with the switchboard operator to solve a problem for me that she shouldn't have had to solve. It's just goofy there. Update: OK, well after I was finally able to talk to an actual member of management, issues got solved very quickly. Ashta is a manager who called me back and took care of everything that I needed. She was great. I can up my original 1 star to a 3 star because of this. It's still not right that I needed to express my frustration and get folks riled up to get something accomplished. They need some problem solvers at lower levels than management so things don't end up in a mess."
