"Went to ANDI in November 2022. The assistant took my insurance information, name, etcetera and was then fitted with crutches. I received a bill from them in January 2023, turns out they do not participate with my insurance. They should have informed me of that prior to "selling" me the crutches. Deceptive business practice, very disappointed with them. I appreciate your point of view but I have been to your establishment in the past for another need and I had no problems, insurance covered it. Apparently, your establishment changed the plans that you work with. Before you rip a customer for leaving a valid review perhaps you should take stock and have your staff inform future customers that insurance may or may not cover the equipment that you are selling so they may inquire as to whether or not you are an approved provider before deciding to work with you."
