"Dr. Lindsay Best is a good doctor, but that clinic is run weird. The whole setup is strange and they have a third party biller that you can't speak to and when you ask them about your bills they are clueless. The guy who answers the phones is rude and intimidating. The whole place is hinky!"

"Dr. Best was my choice after researching area healthcare providers. He has an organized, knowledgeable staff, and they are efficient and effective with appointments and questions. I get an answer at the time or a promise of a return call... Which they follow through with. Dr Best is thorough and makes excellent use of the appointment time. He has an electronic medical records software system with a patient portal that to date has been a great communication tool. My prescriptions are created during my visit, reviewed for accuracy, and then he sends them electronically to the pharmacy of choice. I am therefore able to pick them up after visit on my way home. My husband is an alpha male, and thus... A pain in the a$$ to get to any doctor. After marital tug-of-war, I was able to get him in for a physical. He even said "ya, i like that dude" which is a 5-star.. believe me! I had to go on a wait list for new patients, but it was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend this medical care office. You will be impressed."
