"I was referred to her after my Dr went to work for VA - he said I would like her - spent more time with Psych nurse than her (never had that experience with previous Psych.) and I found the entire experience more than disappointing - after my previous Psych. - I wouldn't refer anyone to her - or her Psych nurse - they had all my previous info/medical records and treatment was just not there - or care for IMO the patient."

"if there were less than one star - would make it a negative star - she and her nurse "Mike" have the worst setup i have ever experienced - and will NEVER EVER return to them again. Composing a letter to assist me wiithout my involvement and refusing me appt time to come into to review that information or assist in the composition - to me is the same as malpractice. i had heard so much negative about both long before i found out my psych. was retiring that i did 't have the heart to tell him how awful the experience was of so many (not knowing i was being referred to her and "Mike" RN nurse" and wanting to give them a chance - they have used up their chances - IMO if you have a good primary card dr you - with i have "IMO" you all be better off with your priamary care - dr - you maes apt time time versus Dr Katzman and Nurse Mike- when it is important/necessary - of the 2 Nurse Mike pretends to care the most but bottom line is i have found she doesn't and she pretends to be available event when she isn't but the receptionist has no knowledge of that - so that in itself is a falsehood. find yourself a fantastic primary card dr and they will assist you and be more truthful/honest/available AND TRULY care about you the inane set up Of Katzman and nurse. it doesn't give eye any joy in posting this but i want to prevent others from my my exe]prience and mental anxiety/stress that i have unnecessarily gone through"

"We called Dr Kazman’s office to make an appointment for my daughter who was 17. We were told they wouldn’t see her until she was 18. We made an appt for her after she turned 18, we waited months for an appt. I called to confirm the date and was told they cancelled that appointment because my daughter was 18 and they don’t want to deal with 18yr olds! What? I’m confused and kind of mad."
