"It would be no stars if I could at this point I have Blue Cross Blue shield at the point they knew this. The doctor is amazing the staff is horrible besides one nurse. I was coming in for my fitting I got pneumonia with a collapsed lung and I could not be there for that appointment and I had to make up hours to try to pay for things and pay on it because I did not have the money at that point. I called today and they refused to let me speak to the doctor they said I was disrespectful to the staff but guess what I was not disrespectful the staff has hang up on me multiple times. I had an appointment last week literally my wallet got sold in and East Jordan family fare and the police are active on this situation and have the person on camera after having money for bills and this for me to be to my appointment I told them I will bring in the act of police report they still refuse to see me and they said they are going to charge me for everything charge me you're not going to get it. I have everything recording from their staff every interaction they are the worst the people that answer the phones are the worst people I've ever dealt with in a situation as a cancer survivor and had to lose all my teeth it is the worst situation in my life that I paid on and they can't even understand bad things happen. If he feels that they are on the right and this is normal and his situations and for them to speak the way they have and it's all recorded first off I'm going to take a stance of going to the board and everybody working inside his company he has been nothing but a great doctor but they are very unprofessional. Second being not knowing and taking in consideration life happens and things happen and being considerate of that. And when I asked to speak to the doctor directly she denies that he will even speak to me wish I guarantee he would not do if he knows I have the money for it because give me two weeks everything can be paid off. But unfortunately his workers are so disrespectful and makes a bad name for him why do you have these women working for you? You are a great doctor and they are disrespectful ignorant loudmouth women who have no respect for your customers and don't even take the chance to listen to what they have to say and said they hang up on them I'll have the money in 2 weeks to pay everything off but instead your worker hung up on me and got rude and argued I didn't even had a final fitting because my child being in the hospital me being in the hospital and my stuff being stolen but instead you listen to them instead of your customers maybe you need to be a better doctor too"
