"I had to bring my 10 month old in for her first ER visit ever and her nurse Theresa was absolutely wonderful with her. She was so kind and gentle and just a bubbly person which made what could have been a bad experience a great one! My daughter adored her! Also big thank you to Karah, Chet, Nellie and Dr Mann for being super good to my daughter. Back in July I myself went in for horrible gal bladder pain and Misty and Maria in the ER were so nice and friendly. I don’t remember the techs name that did my ultrasound but she was also super nice. I used to dread going to the ER but they made it an enjoyable experience despite being in a lot of pain."

"An absolute wonderful hospital. I came in this afternoon for severe back pain. I was taken in to a room immediately with the nurse waiting for me after checking in at registration. My nurse was Theresa and she was absolutely amazing. So sweet, caring, and good at her job. Dr. Hemming came in and saw me immediately. He was also amazing. Very caring and eager to help. I am so satisfied with services. They did all and everything they could to help my back pain. Munson Hospital in Charlevoix is the best and will take great care of you or your loved ones!"

"I was very upset when I went to the ER and sat for 3 hours with a broken arm . The x ray system was not working and they did not tell me. Leaving me in pain for 3 HOURS. I asked them what I should do and the reply was “ if you want to be seen tonight drive to petoskey hospital “ . I was livid . I arrived at 5 pm and at 8 pm when I still had not taken back . I asked the girl at the desk and she told me nothing. My sister works Munson and if it was not her, who knows how much longer I would have sat there. By the time I was treated at another hospital it was 2 am before I was stabilized . Very dissatisfied"

"I am from out of town, and we came to the urgent care for my 13 month old daughters. The hospital is very clean. It was pretty quick to be seen for an ER/Urgent Care. We registered and were triaged immediately. Staff was friendly, and care was good. Hopefully, I won't need an urgent care or ER visit on vacation again, but this would be my first choice. They were very child friendly."
