"Nice people and good availability but their prices on dentals and surgery are high. The vets were a little condescending and that's expected. But please try to not make people feel bad. It doesn't help your client relationship. I will use them if I have to but a cat dental over $700 is ridiculous. Whoever bought them out is sending the wrong message with their pricing. If they charge that much they better be paying their staff well. If I actually believed that was the case, I would't be posting this."

"Healthy Paws is wonderful. I go to the Westland and Belleville location depending on availability. The doctors are great, and the front office staff is very responsive. My doodle needed to find the right drug combo for grooming, and they helped me find it!"

"I called to get refill of heart guard and they refused to give me any until I put my puppy thru a heartworm test and he’s been on the med since I got him. No symptoms whatsoever. I asked to wait until his March appointment they refused. I had been thinking of leaving anyway, this vet will not let you stay in the room with your pet , they take them back to a so called exam room to give shots, how do I know they are really giving the vaccines. The office is dirty and the staff seem to always be congregating in the office area, just not professional looking at all. I’m done."
