"Nice location very clean store. Its the staff that needs some serious customer service training. I am setting on the parking lot in the corner by the exit waiting for Aldi to open. Some clown from DTE walks up and takes a picture. He pretends to throw back landscape rocks by my car. Why? He's not the landscaper. Without warning here comes the store employee crossing in front of my car. Looks like security maybe management. I did not shop i am setting on a parking lot. Did he come to make me move? Don't know. I do not come here often. Not very good relations with minorities. Back in the day there were none at any of their stores. This store still has no diversity. I wonder why?"

"Nice and clean place with large variety of materials, however, the man working in the plumbing area was unfriendly and lacks customer service skills. He seemed angry and in bad mode and his name was Ed. I had to drive further to Home Depot in Canton for better pluming service. Am giving this place 3 stars and not one because i had great customer experience service from both Alana & Kyle at the Decorative Light Bulbs department."
