"Never again. Asked for a schnauzer cut. Didn’t come close. Instead his eyebrows were shaved completely off, ears are noticeably uneven and his tail was partially trimmed so it looks like a hairy rat’s tail. It’s so bad, it’s like it was on purpose, I couldn’t do worse myself. Be wary. To your reply: does a schnauzer cut, although “difficult”, include shaving eyebrows? Or not cutting ears or tail evenly? You have an employee quality control issue, not to mention honesty as a normal cut was not what was requested. I did attempt a call, but you were not available. My dog will look like an idiot for the next few weeks, I’m not sure what solution could be made. People need to know, sorry."
"I have a senior dog who has mobility issues. Petsmart cut me off as a client due to their policy. I contacted Main Street with my inquiry, the initial phone call with the owner was AMAZING! She assured me 100% that my baby max would be taken care of very gently. I’ve been serviced twice so far, both amazing experiences. Staff is friendly, quick services, and most importantly my dog max is always happy! Thanks for helping my fluffy boy out!"
