"I urge people in need of a physician to avoid Physicians Clinic of Charlevoix like they would avoid the plague. My wife was a patient and was overcharged. I contacted the clinic on March 6, 2018 and the person I spoke to in the billing department acknowledged the overcharge. I was told we would be reimbursed in 2 months. The person I spoke to could not explain why it would take 2 months to make a simple reimbursement. In early June 2018 I contacted the clinic to complain that we had not yet received the promised reimbursement. I was told that we would be reimbursed, but the person I spoke to said she could not tell me how long it would take to reimburse the overcharge. The clinic must be mismanaged."
