"I called to see what I needed to become a patient at this establishment and the receptionist was so rude. She seemed annoyed that I had questions an needed assistance. After I dropped off my paperwork I was told that I would be receiving a call to set up my first appointment. I never heard back and none of my calls were returned either. It's hard enough to find a provider in the area that is accepting patients. This establishment certainly doesn't make it any easier for patients to be seen."

"We drove 30 minutes to receive care for my sick daughter only to find out that they don’t see patients on Wednesdays - yet they showed as open. Must be nice to be a part time facility! If they had been honest and shown as closed we would have saved the time and driven elsewhere. But now I’m wasting time and gas looking for available care while my daughter is miserable in the back seat. What an absolute joke you are - you should all be ashamed of the embarrassment you bring to the medical field."

"I am very happy with the care provided by Dr Alum and his support staff's attention to detail & fast return calls. Dr Alum performed an evaluation of my condition, discussed all my options and listen to my thoughts regarding my best options. Additionally, when I have had to call his office for a referral, my phone call was returned very quickly. I was surprised to see negative comments regarding him previously. My experience has been nothing but good."

"The reviews I've currently read for Dr. Allum do not reflect any of the experience I've had so far with him. He is very down to earth and talks to you like you are a human being, not just another patient. He takes your concerns into account and addresses them. He shares quite a bit of his thought process during the appointment with you. Overall it makes for a very painless and quite relaxed visit. Definitely my favorite doctor so far."

"He fails to make follow up appointments. He also doesn't care to a patients problem when explained to him. He talks over his patients and insists that their problem "can't be that bad" basically if your not groaning in pain. And assumed that what paper results read are the only problem and feels that when you explain other issues they have to be in writing for him to believe or even listen to you. He is not a good Dr at all and I will be seeking a Dr that takes their job seriously and truly cares for the well being of their pateints."
