"I was very disappointed in Brent with his attitude towards an older customer that came in Sept 2023. It seemed there was a misunderstanding over a returned item and the employee got very loud told the customer to leave. From my point of view there was no call for accusing a customer of turning in a “walmart” item when there was clearly a rite aid sensor on it. Very very unprofessional. I was even more shocked when he yelled at the customer to leave."
"Rite Aid has always been my go to pharmacy no matter what town I'm in, starting with Perry. This particular location is the best though, and very popular with the locals. Everyone knows and loves Miss Laura! Also to add, 5 stars for Brett, the pharmacist and pharmacy manager. He recently tried to help me with an unforseen issue."
