"This Pharmcy is always out of stock .. I did not have my insurance card with me . so I asked her if she did not mind looking it up and she told me no we don't do that .. So i left and went to rite aid up the street .. I ask for the same medication they had it . also the guy looked up my health insurance with out hesitation and said thats funny your insurance is provided by CVS . I was like are you F in serious .. CVS you guys are stright up lazy ."

"Disappointing customer service. Asked to use a restroom while shopping and was told I couldn't because it was locked and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked where a restroom was available in the plaza and they said everything was closed now. And I would have to just drive around to find a bathroom somewhere. Also, only two cashiers on duty for the entire store, and no one available in the aisles, so impossible to find any help about product questions. I would not recommend this CVS. I miss my CVS in Dearborn on Outer Drive! Best employees, tons of help...and they always let you use their restroom. LOL!"
