"The head male pharmacist is rude and disrespectful. He refused to look us in the eye and didn’t show us any respect throughout our visit. Will not be returning."
"They have gone down in service these past few years. I had a proscription refilled and the wrong quantity was filled. I spoke with the pharmacist to get it corrected and he acted annoyed that I was even being it up. Long story short they entered the wrong quantity after finding out through my insurer what he did wrong. I had to go through the leg work to fix there mistake because all he kept saying was that’s what your insurance said as apposed to checking what the real issue was. Then after all that he adds I should just get it filled through my insurer next time. (My insurer does prescription mail order) I would suggest use saline pharmacy not CVS in saline."
"I am sure the pharmacists are great and just trying to do their job as best as they can. CVS Pharmacy corporate policies are terrible and provide poor customer service. I went to pick up a prescription from my doctor a month ago and was told it would cost over $260 with insurance, and it was in a gigantic jug. It turns out that my doctor had requested the wrong formulation. The problem is that the tech or aide behind the counter had no information and offered me no help in figuring this problem out. So I worked with my doctor's office the next day and got the right formulation. I was just trying it out for a month to see if it helped with my condition. The prescription said "0 refills" and I did not request any refills. But low and behold, I start getting text messages last week telling me I have a prescription to pick up. I call my doctor's office and they have no record of requesting a refill. I did not request a refill. But I called CVS and they told me they requested a refill on my behalf because I have "automatic refills". I never remember signing up for automatic refills. This is the sort of thing CVS does to part you from your money. They over work their staff, they don't adequately staff to provide good customer service, and they will try to bilk as much money from the consumer as possible. I am switching to a local pharmacy. There are at least 2 good ones in Saline. Google it."
