"Unsafe! I had a vaccine appointment at 1218 they wanted me to sit in the lobby with sick , coughing patients. I arrived at 1210, and had to wait in a small room with coughing patients all around until I walked out at 1225, at which point they told me I hadn't even checked in! I asked if I could wait in the car and get called when they were ready and a very stern cashier left her station and charged me at the door, got in my face, forcing me to back away. Quite frankly I felt assaulted. Eventually a polite pharmacist intervened and allowed me to wait in my car while they prepared on their end. Ultimately this experience was awful and in my opinion it is unsafe. Edit: After reading the response from the owner I am very disappointed. I will never be visiting this pharmacy again. Please be aware that we are in a pandemic, if you cannot create a safe environment for your patients you have no right to be operating. Instead of reflecting on your procedures and protocols you decided to blame me. You can call me a "panicked child" all you want. Please review your security footage to see that we followed all advised check in procedures, did not act unruly or like a "panicked child", and were not treated friendly by staff. I will be contacting you for a copy of this footage tomorrow. Thank you."

"This is honestly one of the best pharmacies I have ever visited. The location is great, the staff is very friendly and professional, and the pharmacist, Z, is one of the most caring people I have ever met. Phone calls get routed to the pharmacist's personal cell phone after hours and he is more than happy to open up the pharmacy for you whenever you need your medication or flu shots. This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever experienced. Thanks Saline Pharmacy for making my visits easy and pleasant."
