"They make you go online to schedule a Covid test and all it would show is Ohio. I would hit the use my location feature and it still did not help. I called the pharmacy and after they put me on hold for 10 minutes they hung up on me. So I called them back got a hold of the pharmacist finally and she told me there was nothing they could do for me. So not only could I not get a Covid test she basically told me good luck."
"The manager, Josh, was very rudely telling customers to leave because it was almost time to close. These are people that are buying stuff, not just fooling around. You would think he would allow them to finish, but he didn't. Then at the register he was giving an attitude to the last customers. A very unprofessional and rude person. He should not be a manager if he is going to act like that and is supposed to be an example for his employees. I will be contacting corporate about my experience."
"Pharmacy sucks. Prescription never ready, you never get a phone call if there's a problem, you're the one calling them. Very unprofessional. I'm changing back to CVS next month."
