"If I could give ZERO stars I would. They never answer their calls. They’re never back from their lunch on time. They will tel you they’re holding your prescription for you and then they’ll lose it. Tell you it’s on back order then send you a text that it’s ready when you walk out the door after being there an hour. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible customer service. I have one more prescription to switch over to my new pharmacy and I’m done."

"The store associate (I believe her name was Ashlee) and the manger last evening at 900 E. Bristol Street Elkhart that helped me were both fantastic. It’s hard to find that these days with the shortages in the work force but you have 2 very good people representing CVS. Thanks!"

"Absolutely horrible service all around from this pharmacy. Waited on hold multiple times to get no answer, I don’t have all day to wait on hold. Then I show up they don’t have what I need, they said they needed something from my doctor. Had you answered your phone I could have gotten this figured out. But you didn’t and now I’m stuck with nothing for 3 days. I had 3 things to get, one being for my daughter, their automated system told me it’d be ready by 1, I show up at 1:10 and they said “we can’t promise when it will be ready” one lady said oh I can get it real quick…the other lady looked at her and “take your time”. WHAT?! That is NOT how you take care of customers, you should be ashamed to be in charge of ensuring people get medications they need. This place is a joke and I will most certainly be looking for another pharmacy after today. I’ve always waited way too long here to be told it’s not ready etc, but to be treated how I was today is simply unacceptable. If I could give you zero stars I would, but I had to give you 1."

"I would rate the service 0 stars. No one answers the phone and acts like they have no clue as to what is going on. Tried to tell me anything to get me off the phone. I understand being short staffed but to have me on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes and then 30 and another 45 is ridiculous. Only was able to get through after pushing the prescriber button. Called another store and was helped. It’s a shame when you ask about your “regular” location and they tell you, “they never answer.” It’s an unbelievable. Just pick up and ask me to wait or something. These medications are life and death. Make it make sense."
