"If I could give this pharmacy, zero stars, I would. The pharmacist was so rude, and I do mean so rude, I called to check on my daughters prescription, and he was cutting me off when I was asking a questions, and I told him that’s OK, he was like OK being sarcastic and hung up the phone on me. CVS you need to get a different pharmacist, because he is not it, go there on your own discretion and risk, because that man was rude, and I will be calling the Coporate office as well. Update: I called the other pharmacy, where the rude pharmacist said that my daughter’s medication was, and that pharmacist informed me that it was at the pharmacy where the pharmacy works at, on Nappanee st. So I had the other pharmacy pull my daughters medication to their pharmacy because I do not want to deal with that rude pharmacist."

"Most of the time the pharmacy people are wonderful. Other than when a pharmacist named Jennifer-jenny is working. Every time she is working she refuses to fill our scripts! Doesn't matter if it just a refill of something I have taken for 10 years or a new script she sends it back to the doctor everytime.. I have been using this pharmacy for years!!! Never have had an issue EVER until she has been working their. I end up in the hospital AGAIN because I don't have my medicine she's going to be sued."

"This place looks like its going out of business! The pharmacy guy looked at my rx and said "I dont think we have this" went around looked and came back handed me my rx and said "nope we don't have it" no options you could pick it up in a day or two or we have to order it just " nope we don't have it" OK then now I know why I haven't been in a CVS in years and likely wont ever be back again now."

"Please do not go here if you need prescriptions refilled. The Pharmacist Ryan denied my prescriptions being picked up 2 days early as I travel for business and will be gone for the next 5 days. "Our app on your phone and the text messages are not accurate" He then took one of my prescriptions out of the computer and had to contact the Dr. Office to get it electronically filled. This man belittling people and doesn't understand how to count days is a big red flag as he stated we go by the calander and if you filled them on the 18th then 2 days early would be the 16th. He said he was trained that way and still belittling me as I was a criminal. I have spent over 12,000 dollars on other merchandise at CVS last year and will never do business with little Ryan as he may kill someone if he can't count the days on a calander let alone your medication!"

"The Pharmacy Staff is always professional and kind, they will help in any way they can! When problems arise, be respectful of what they can do when problems arise, it's usually an insurance issue rendering them helpless! Not Rude unless you are..."
