"I called this morning between 9:30 & 10am and the guy that answered the phone was unpleasant to talk to, unprofessional and rude. I was calling to inquire about having students assist with my film project. Had I been calling from a major studio or some sort of “big wig” the red carpet would have been rolled out. So sad EVERYBODY that calls is not treated with the same respect and dignity. This guy really brings the morale of calling way down."
